How the registry handles abuse and conflicting claims to a name.
Abuse
Phishing, malware, botnets and illegal content are not allowed. The registry may place any name on hold (it stops resolving) while a report is investigated, and will inform the sponsoring registrar.
Rights disputes
A party with a trademark claim may file a complaint with evidence. If a name was registered and used in bad faith, the registry may transfer or cancel it after giving the registrant an opportunity to respond.

Use the abuse form on this site. Every report is reviewed; phishing and malware are prioritised.
